The Nuances
We also understand the nuances of move-in/out cleans.
For Renters:
- We know your damage deposit is typically on the line, so we offer attractive fixed prices for these services that are well below your deposit amount (i.e., we’ll clean the entire place for an agreed amount, no more).
For Homeowners:
- Whether you are moving in or out, the situation is the same as above — since we are cleaning the entire place and everything is accessible before things are moved in, we can accurately price the work based on the size of your place, and thus we charge a fixed price.
For Realtors & Property Managers:
- We know how important it is that the place is properly cleaned on time. Delaying the move-in of new occupants is hugely problematic. We are fully aware of this, so we have robust systems and redundancy measures in place to ensure the job gets done on time.
